Christine finds old cypress boards and sees FISH! Her hand painted cypress barge board fish are very popular and have become collector's items. The village of Taylor, Mississippi, an artist colony, just a few miles south of Ole Miss, is the home of artist Christine Schultz and her husband furniture artisan Marc Deloach. Christine discovered Taylor, Mississippi years ago when she came to the area to research a character for one of her books. Christine is a national magazine writer, a photographer, an author of "The Book of Love," and recipient of a Literary Arts Fellowship from the Mississippi Arts Commission. Even though Taylor is "in the middle of nowhere" it is listed in several publications ranging from "National Geographic" to "Mississippi: Off the Beaten Path: and it is a national know Art Colony.
